owner & director
I began my formal dance training at the age of 8, right here in St. Louis, Missouri. I studied and performed a plethora of styles, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop. From the start, the dance studio felt like home — it was the first place I truly felt free to be myself. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to train under community leaders and renowned choreographers from across the country, experiences that shaped both my artistry and my vision as an educator.
I discovered my love for teaching early on. At 13 I began assistant teaching and quickly transitioned into leading classes of my own. While I have a deep appreciation for my personal journey as a dancer, my true passion lies in education. There is nothing quite like the challenge — and the joy — of helping young dancers grow into confident creative artists.
After graduating high school, I worked with a competitive team in Arkansas where I continued my development as a dancer, instructor, and choreographer. Five years later, I moved to Los Angeles to advance my training even further. There, I studied at world-renowned studios such as Movement Lifestyle and Millennium Dance Complex, and worked with Troupe Dance Company and LUME Dance Collective. My time in L.A. focused on commercial styles including Hip Hop, House, Afro, and Dancehall, training under choreographers who work with artists like Janet Jackson, Ciara, and Chris Brown.
Now back in St. Louis, I’m proud to launch Zenith Movement Collective — a high-level training space for dancers seeking elite instruction in a supportive, growth-driven environment. At Zenith, our goal is to foster both exceptional technique and exceptional character while balancing the ever-changing needs of young people.
As an educator, I strive to lead with empathy and create with intention. My teaching style centers on building trust, encouraging individuality, and guiding dancers toward unapologetic self-expression. Whether or not my dancers pursue professional careers, I hope they leave this studio with a strong sense of self, a respect for their craft, and a deep love for the process of learning.
I am honored to be a mentor, a guide, and a safe space for the next generation of artists.
